I've been considering getting one of these recently and am after people opinions who have driven them/ know someone who owns one etc.

I expect most people will tell me to get a 1.6 or 2.0 corsa, but i've had 2 now, so fancy something different. I know they arn't the fastest thing on the road, but i want something with a bit more kit and a bit newer...

slow/driven by chavs IMO, well round my way loads of neds have them, and everyone without fail has chrome wing mirrors

I've had mine for 18 months now! As you said not the fastest 1.6 outhere but handles very well out of the box! Never had any problems with mine except coil pack going(took 10mins to fix!). Bit like a go-kart to drive!!

I asked this the other day, general concensus was its a good car, iirc only a couple of people said it wasnt.

i've always quite liked em and they seem to go for resonable money at the moment. You got a link for that post rob ??

I suppose you can say that about many small 'warm' hatches though Steve to be honest.

drove one before and was out in one at the weekend around some very twistys...
