well i am going to try wings as soon as the new corsa is painted.
i can do small stuff about 1m long.
just not cheap as rear carbon cloth is very exspensive.
reason why most "cheap" carbon parts are fiberglass with a carbon skin. as the carbon can be very very thin, and the fiberglass take all the strenght........

You can't buy normal fibreglass wings, which is annoying
Let me know how you get on. Even fibreglass ones would do me

no I didnt - I was looking into making a few universal parts; as they are more cost effective - I'll make "Anything" within reason - so long as the price is right
I'm not going to make a one off carbon wing/door and tailgate if I'm not going to make anything on it
I dont mind making it if 5/6 people are interested or if an individual is willing to pay for the cost of a production mould but I'm not going to stand out the cost of a mould which may never ever be used again!
The cycle wings were making for the caterham supersevens for example - one guy got in touch we gave him an individual price; he thought it was too expensive - we broke the price down and he agreed it was fair but too much for a single item; he set up a group buy to cover the cost of the mould between 15 people and now we sell about 1 set a fortnight - having done about 30 so far
if a group want carbon wings for corsa I'll happily make them.
If an individual wants a one off set and wants to pay for (and ultimately get to keep) the mould then I'll do it
but I'm in business to make a living - not to do cheap/free/loss making jobs
as for the universal parts; those were as an exercise to generate business; get the sales and name built up and represent the quality of our products
after all few "Carbon Modification" companies autoclave pre-preg carbon - most use simple hand lay up techniques and charge the earth

which we never do unless requested by the custome to keep jobs down
we do any form of composite engineering; GRP/FRP/Kevlar(TM)! we autoclave nearly everything and size isnt really an issue
we buy enough material to keep the price of the fibre/matt down to a minimum as well

Wings are so light on corsas, you don't need them carbon.
Smooth boots in carbon would be good.
Carbon bonnet would be good.
Scuttle isn't heavy enough.
Doors would be good, as would bonnet with eyebrows.
And one of these.

Its real too. None of this Halfords sticky stuff.
6 months to do the dash alone..... He won't ever do it again.
Perfect replica though unlike aftermarket GSi spoilers

Imagine the glare from that!
I disagree about the wings Daimo, they aren't that light. Stuff like the scuttle etc though is too light to make a differance but people would be getting those for looks more than anything
