since one of my arches decided to unattach itself from my car on the motorway and bent totally in half, i need a new one and it spraying and fitting (fitting isnt essential as i can do that myself)
however, i've just been for a quote on doing this and the bodyshop i went to is quoting over £110 all in (£50 labour, £30 paint, £15 parts and the rest vat)
isnt that slightly expensive?

go to a back street garage they'll charge you a more realistic price

rattle cans never ever colour match properly in my experience. But surely if you've spent money there before they could sort out a discount for you?
