No its a big con, you have to take them every day of your life to make any difference. Think of the money these companies can get out of you.

The jean size thing is for people with a high BMI.
If they ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast and lunch they probably would.

What is it all about? You see the adverts with people whinging about having bloated stomachs and stuff... IS this some kind of female problem because I never feel bloated, unless I have eated a large pizza to myself with a bottle of coke and a garlic bread on the side. I don't think a drink of yoghurt is going to help me though

Could be a girl thing, my girlfriend gets ridiculously bloated, she looks about 4 month preggers! I think she must have IBS or something its awful.
