How useful is that site mate?
I, and few other people, have been done by some bloke on another message board who got everyone to send him payment via cheque to various different address then never sent good to anyone.
We've lodged a complaint with the Police who said they will "look into it" but were not keeping out hopes up.
Think Boyracers idea is best, early morning knock with a few mates might jog his memory

Sorry Seth, but that just made me laugh quite hard.
Dunno why, but I immediately conjured up images of YOUR version of 'the official line' involving camo, night vision, war paint, Ninja outfit, mortars and PAIN.
Hope you get it sorted mate.

If all he does is respond to Paypal's emails then there's not a lot they can do to be honest.
I would threaten legal action yourself if you don't receive either the goods or the money right away.
If the other party doesnt respond to the Paypal action then it settles in your favour, it did for me and i got my money back after a couple of weeks i think.
