obviously being 19 first car no job is a bit of a problem, so anything bigger than a 1.4 would be out of my price range at the mo. Altho im interested in tuning etc for teh 1.4 engine cant really find much about it so i thought i would ask the engine gods that are on corsasport
so can the 1.4 be tuned? is it worth it? (probably not)

are we talking about a 16v 1400cc or a 8v 1400cc

The 16v can be quite a tunable engine and over 150bhp can be seen. At only 19 though the mere mention of engine modifications will send your insurer screaming to the hills.

i have the old 8v, which is probably best not to even try to tune lol 
so the 16v seems like a good tunable engine then, what year/model corsa has the 16v? and what mods have sufficient gains? exhaust, manifold, tb's ? i aint got a clue what im talking about tbh just getting interested in the tuning side of things now tho
yeah insurance is a big problem altho im just going to gain a few years no claims till i do anything crazy
