I've misplaced my licence when we moved.

Im applying for a new one but do i need to fill the whole form out again... putting picture with someones counter signature on it as well as ID for myself?

I lost mine and didn't have to do that. Get a form from you're local post office and fill in for a replacement

Ive got the D1 form but not 100% what parts i fill out?

Do i need to put my passport numbers for ID and stuff or just name and thats i want a replacement?

you have to do it the way you mentioned above and go through all the hassle or for the same price ring up the dvla tell them youve lost both parts of said driving lisecence paper and card and they will send you a new one within the week rather than waiting two weeks and having to go through exspense and time of photos and a signature ridicouls really btw the way both options are 19.50 iirc so you know what to do

Ive rung the DVLA if you have lost the licence then you need to fill out the form

yeah...if you lose them you have to pay and fill out the form but doesnt say how much you need to fill out

well 3 monthss ago i only had to fill in a form if i lost one bit and pay the fee or ring them up if lost both bits and pay the fee and fill no form hence i now habve to paper counterparts

nah u just fill in the main bits...stick a piccy on n send em £19. i had to change my addy n i stuck a new piccy on n they used it too...so mite be worthwhile changing it too...cos it still costs £19!

I rung them again and i have to fill in section 1 2 5 and 8 and thats it.

Not anything to do with pics and passports thankfully!

abuse the fact u mite have a dodgy pic tho dude...i did n they changed it n my address n a new paper license for £19! u dont need any co-sig or anything!

when i lost mine i just rang up and paid with debit card and they sent one out next week, didn't have to filly anything in, but i neve changed address.
