quiting your job, OK I can see why you cant just do this.

But loosing some weight, getting fit and stopping smoking are all possible to do whilst working...even in a shitty job!

i am the sort of person that could lose wieght and become healthy etc to the point where i feel alot better, but my job gets in the way cos im always knackered. I want time to focus on it rather than having to fit it in. need a structured routine and cant in my job.

I got that feeling last December, wanted to follow a career in night time solutions... handed in my notice without a second though, NEVER looked back since... I earn just as much money now working 3 nights a week as I did working 6 days a week... have the full week off to chill, love it, and I'm not short of money which I thought I would be! LOVE IT!

You feel knackered because you need to exercise but you have no time to exercise as you're always knackered

stop whinging and do something about it, if your job gets in the way...find away around it; your life will not improve and you wont acomplish goals unless you work hard for it.

thats the difference between winners and losers in life ..... motivation.

I had this feeling a while back, walked out of my job, which was a massive mistake.

i feel worse now than i did when i was working.

get yourself to a gym, even if you are tired, and quit smoking

Agreed. Tired after work is not really a decent excuse to not head down the gym. Just do it, youll soon get into the routine.

yup just takes effort, i manage to go to the gym mon, wed, and fri; kickboxing on tue and thur and sat and sun i use for cardio training.

plus i work all day sat and sun in asda (7-5 ish) and go to uni full time, not hard to do just takes effort, and actually pushing yourself rather than convincing your self you cant do it through lame excuses.
