Who's got the powercap from Courtenay, or you all using that black one you can get off Ebay for £40?

Anyway, pain in the ass coz I got the one from Courtenay and I realised I needed to cut out some of the bulkhead for the cap to fit on, lol.

Bloody pain. Is there a difference between the black one and the metal one you can get from Courtenay and Regal?

the black pipe is from an ecotec engine, you need an adaptor plate to fit it to a C20XE.

^No, the metal one from Courtenay is the better quality one, I just wanted to know if I wasted my money in buyit for double of what the black rubber one costs.

The bit Im on about is the part you relace the SFi box with.

There is this one from Courtenay: http://www.courtenaysport.co.uk/images/new_powercap1.jpg

Or there is this one you can get off Ebay n stuff: http://i13.ebayimg.com/03/i/07/11/4f/f1_1_b.JPG

exactly. the second one, is from an ecotec engine.

a lot of people use them though, as they fit easier, and dont lose any power

Probably do loose a bit of torque using the Ecotec pipe though.
