Im just wanting a few shifts over a Fri/Sat/Sun to earn some pocket money while im going back to my studies for the next 10 months.

Not sure this is a new store opening November in a small town, i doubt it will be 24/hr.
I might go to the recruitment day to see what its all about seeing im doing jack squat else on Wednesday

Asda nightshift isn't exactly the most mentally taxing job but depending on the aisle you are in it can be physical enough.
Easy easy job, I get paid something near 7.50 although I truthfully don't know exactly what it is.
I would rather not work there but pocket money atm.
10% off asda shopping as well.

Ive been working for a hire company for the last 3 months doing lots of heavy lifting so I think asda will be a walk in the park in comparison.
I dont need to work but as you said extra pocket money & will keep me busy when im off & the 10% shopping discount will come in handy

i just got offered a job weekends there, still aint received contract though, with pay ect on...so completely useless post really.

er i know what the shifts are, will be 7am - 5pm sat, 7am-4:30pm on sun, whilst im at uni.
There might be overtime ect aswell they said, mind you the whole recruitment process is comical.
ow and its in the bakery section lol

I stack shelves in a 24 hour one.
Asda mostly offer 2 and 3 day contracts but there is always overtime going.
Loads of people with 3 day contracts work 5 and 6 every week.
