open a tub of butter, marge etc
peel the foil back all the way apart from 1 edge and then fold it back over when your done and put the lid on
whats the point, if anything it will seal worse cos the foil is creased

im talking about when its home, in your fridge, you dont need the foil. but ppl still leave one edge attached and fold it back over then put the lid on
i know why its there when its in the shop
