Asking for a mate, he wants to know where he can get a full setup with ecu and loom? and how much fitted? and last of all what bhp increase will he get? thanks

SBD do a kit called the TP164, which gives you 164bhp on a C16XE GSi.

not sure about the prices, but SBD aren't cheap.

bhp depends on cam spec/rev limit etc... not just x and y.

160+ is likely on a basic mild setup though.
200+ on a bonkers 9000rpm build.

SBD can do complete kits, but are quite costly.

if you are spending that much on getting air into the engine then you should also consider spending a bit on an exhaust manifold and system

SBD are stupidly expensive!

I can do a full set fitted, mapped and better than the SBD kit for around £2500.

dont believe the 164bhp claim either. most see 140-150 bhp, a thread on migweb a while back about sbd's power claims, its hilarious.

most folk were prob still using standard exhaust manifolds though. They clearly state the power was made using bla bla bla

I just got mine mapped 140bhp on a 16 16v with jenvey throttle bodies, sbd exhaust with a full 2.5" system on emerald

140-150 is what would be expected from an exhaust and tb's on a standard engine.

whats the rev limit stu?

(and any more progress with the cheque? )

I wouldnt mind doin this to my Xe Sometime next year but i wonder if its more of a Ball arch than doin it to a 1.6

exactly the same work involved with any 4 cylinder engine really.

yeah but both me and him want to be different theres couple of 2 litre's in wigan and i dont think that any corsa are on tb's
