actually, and I didn't know this until this morning, but most number plate creators on the web now choose your options (border, background, logo etc) based on the postcode you enter.

So for example, if you enter a postcode that identifies you as living in a posh area, you'll get fcuk all, plain Jane.

If your postcode denotes you're from Essex or Scotland, you'll get the rabbit and a host of other features thrown in.

In fact, one of my mates ordered one the other day using the new creator, and they sent him 2 numberplates that were completely black, there was that much crap on it!
