They get them in all the time take old rusty heaps, strip it down and rebuild it from the bottom up. then sell them on. The 3dr Cossie's up for £6995 I think. if only I had that

Pretty much finalised what I wanted built, but can't find anywhere that will insure me until i'm 25. Dam classic car policies!
