I know that there was a chap on www.street-stylers-southwest.co.uk That has done it, dont know much about it tho, soz; so i'd ask there too, there all a good bunch!

monkey-gsi off street stylers southwest had it......and 45-cb off here and sss and csw also had it..
not recommended, it completely fuks your handling and doesnt do much for tyre wear 
your best bet is fk coilovers and remove the adjuster seat from the rear.
or coilsprings uk, and get some custom 100mm rear springs - they will need to be tacked into the seats to stop them bouncing out tho...

Wouldnt the rear shocks be running on the bumpstops if -100mm springs were fitted?

depends how big the bumpstops are.....and the length of the rear shocks...
