No they aren't. They are mostily doing unskilled work/labour, not taking up trades or taking proffesional jobs. If people have a problem with that then they should have tried harder at school.

Ed, i think everyone will agree that your only talking about a small percentage of people that come to this country and work there bollocks off for shit wages!
Walk around my local town and count how many immigrants (Kosvians/polish etc) are sitting or walls in there brand new tracksuits/shoes, playing with there brand new phones whilst watching the day go buy....its competly stupid how the government is giving them all this money (£2Billion a year) for them to do fuck all towards this country!
Why does the government help its own people - i mean, theres 100s of thousands of homeless people, yet immigrants are getting first priority on council housing and given free driving lessons
And the whole problem with people coming into OUR country and forcing us to create a special set of laws just for them is appauling!
The story about the asian women wanting to mask up on her driving licence is crap, it beats the whole point of having a photo there!! She should have been told, you either want one or fuck off!
Even though im against the idea of an ID card, having every person on a database will be a good idea - and if police/or a group of people do random checks and find that you aren't on the database, then you better have a good reason for being over here!
I feel labour should take some UKips polices, pulling out of the EU would save this country £25million a day for starters

you can't really argue that, its true, but in another way, we're just too greedy. Even the less fortuant ones.
ok thats from there point of view. I completely agree with dna's quote. Its complete bollocks that a muslin can have a drivers lisence taken with black clothing covering her face. I mean seriously, Why have a photo taken if you can't see the face
argh, so angry about this, i've got nothing against poland, chinese, indian etc if they just get on with life here and make something good out of it. But if there gonna come here to fucking complain, get the fuck out

You don't get benfits for bein a migrant. You get benefots for working. You get nothing until you have made tax contributions for 12 months.
Brand new tracksuits? How much does one of them cost these days? £5? Shit, I wish I could afford one.
Anyhow, you are right about pollitical correctness, it's the most pathetic thing out there. People should the the phrases fuck off and shut the fuck up, then use them more often.
One example was when it was eid. It's illegal to set off fireworks late at night, however, when they were all setting off fireworks until 3am outside my flat I called security. I was told to stop being inconsiderate because I had a go at the guy for not wanting to do anything about me and everyone else in my flat being kept up all bloody night.

Tracksuits - when does a full blown adidas/nike tracksuit cost 5 quid? And i think new mobile phones cost a bit more than that also. Secondly, they get doll money and immigrantion benefits. Plus they get priority housing aswell.
Fact is, they get better treatment than our own people, which is pretty sick when our own homeless get nothing
Fact is, immigrantion is rapidly becoming a serious issue and the £2billion a year spent on it is only going to increase.
Hopefully labour will get the boot and someone else can sort there mess out (hopefully not conservatives )
Ed - as for the fireworks, should have googled the law up and told your security about it.
But saying that, it is uni and halls...its the sort of thing you expect

I agree, and think people who cause trouble, make it known to have problems with our way of life and anyone here illegally should be deported, immediatley

even though im not english i agree completely with the article...
ireland is awash with imigrants... were i live its actually hard to see irish people talking in the street... everyone is either from easrern europe or from nigeria.
i blame our government for letting this situation arise... irish people getting displaced out of there jobs in favour of cheaper imigrant work( look at irish ferries as one example )
makes me sick

Exactly how I feel Jambo, I don't want them in charge but if things are to change they need to get a large majority of the vote in the next GE.

to be honest, the BNP is a bit too far - rather than sort the people coming into the country, then completly want to get rid of all nations out of the country.
UKip is a far better party tbh, they just want to tackle the growing problem of them coming into the country - both legally and ilegally.
Saying that though, all parties are the same - they promise one thing and completly do another

Perhaps we should stop worrying about immagrants and worry about our own citizens first? I mean, what has it come to when a gang of kids, one as young as nine, shoots a man dead on his doorstep.
P.S. I wish I had a Nike tracksuit! They are soooo cool.

Exactly all this business about not putting up Xmas lights and flags to not offend different culture is rubish as you will find no one finds them offensive irrespective of religion.
The councils are just covering themselves and making rubbish up think about it, its only recently this has been blown out of proportion. It was never like this when I was a kid.
