What oil would a 2003 corsa 1.2 take? I cant remember if vauxhall recommend 10w or 15w...

10w 40 (semi-sythectic) but if you are doing 20k a year/service get fully sythectic

Not much need for it in a Corsa Adam, we would put Semi in at work.

comma and castrol recommend fully synthetic 5w40. 10w40 is too think when the engine is cold, you will have noisy tappit issues. IMO.

thin or thick? will it make any difference if i choose the fully synthetic 5w over the semi 10w?

the higher the numbers the thicker the oil. first number is when the engine is cold, second when its hot. Older vauxhall engines use 10w-40 semi, but the newer stuff from about 2000 onwards uses thinner oil as engines are more developed.
