Why is it brits abroad when it's something bad 
If it was a Scottish guy or maybe a Welsh guy (i'm not sure on welsh/english relations) they would be Scottish or Welsh.

I wonder how you'd react in the situation no one knows wot happened the guy on the scooter could have been trying to hit there car with a bat etc. who can tell
They all stick togetha over there though so the truth will probably never come out
