nice round figures

not bad for a standardish engine. was it a 2.8 or a 2.9?

Its a 2.8. Think they are 175 standard?

If you think about it thats not very much for a 2.8 litre engine compared to the 2.0 engines these days

yea but then look at the torque figures...

its got more torque than a 20xe from 3k/rpm!!!!

and peaks at 183lbs/ft...
which is quite healthy really....

the fact that it runs out of puff by 5800rpm doesnt help...

I would guess some lairy cams and stengthened insides would make much bigger bhp figures at a higher rpm
