I know its not and that not what im tryin to say.
It just seems that all the fraudsters use Western Union cos there is no comeback on it.
I have emailed him asking if i can pay via paypal to see what he says and also Ebay simply asking if they have any advice for me or if any1 else has had a problem with him.
He has had loads of auctions for ipods end today so we shall see.

thing is at the moment you don't have much to go on. His feedback is legit (all be it for virtual items) and he technically hasn't dont anything wrong so far.
I'd still leave it though mate, not worth the aggro. In the time it takes for you to figure out if he's for real or not you could win another iPod.

ebay banned western union payment iirc.
also there is a catageory to report suspicious sellers ect(sp).

also if u really want to find out if hes legis email him saying u ave been ripped off on ebay before from over sea's sellers so you would like to use esccrow (a thrd party company that you can use so you send them the money, then he sends them the item, only when they have confirmed they have the item do they pay him) its all legit but makes it impossible for a sellrt to scam some one.
if he doesnt want to do this then hes not legit.

Good idea, i have suggested an Escrow service to him now as he told me he cannot accept paypal.
