Can you not set something based on cookies that requires you to read and accept the conditions before being allowed into the Classifieds section?

I say base it on cookies so it doesnt come up every time, just once or if you clear your IE files etc...

Then when you clear then it does your head in again. I would rather stupid people missed it than clever people got annoyed with it.
