fastest FWD time ever in this country. heard he was on slicks too and race fuel, meaning M B Automotive Nova (11.9 at 124mph) should have won class C as Andy would have been in class X for using race fuel

Andy Nicholls has made it into the 10's!!!
power estimated @ 800bhp at the wheels
10.8@140mph
0-60ft in 1.6seconds
1/8th mile = 109mph
all runs were with mickey t's
this was a lower spec engine not running full power 31psi of boost with 200gas
the car was corner weighed at 1020kg
redline for the car is now 7200rpm
at totb he ran a shorter ratio box to try it out, and ended up crossing the line in 4th at 8500rpm.
as you know he did a 10.8@140mph
however he also messed up a launch on one of his runs and went from 1st to 4th gear, he decided to leave it in 4th and just floor it and he ran an 11.6
guessing 0-60 in about 3 seconds
and 0-100 low 6

thing is though its just the next step up from soft toyos or yokos, whats the point in all that power if it doesnt grip and lets face it 800brake through the front wheels is a hell of a lot of power
end of the day its mazin

apparently on his last run he snapped a shaft, and still got into the 12s
and he thinks it would have gone quicker if it hadnt broken

Andy ran an 11.6 after shifting from 1st straight into 4th.
and he snapped a CV joint when trying to put 500bhp down on the line, which ended the day's fun. Apparently when pushing the car off the line it took a few guys because the tyres had glued to the track!
on behalf of andy, thankyou for your kind words.
