Finally got round to sourcing a decent condition exhaust for my car. Only wanted the 1.8 SRi backbox as imo it suits the car perfectly - wasn't too bothered about the sound, but it looks far better. Arrived yesterday, fitted last night (after loooooooads of trouble getting the old 1 off!) and got some quick pics today

This one I sourced off a guy on CC|UK. Been looking for ages though - either go for too much (£80 ish!) £130ish brand new, or are rusted and look awful 1.4 isn't too bad, but this 1 looks better as has the chrome tip to it.

Also, has anybody got a Remus or any other replacement mid section? Considering one to beef it up a bit more as a future mod - just wondering if its worth it?

its a great noise from the standard backbox, i get some real deep back-pressure burbles when the revs drop

Cheers - Yes I'm really happy with the sound it makes! Chaz - I want mine to pop when I back off dude!! But not gonna muck about too much yet - gotta keep my warranty!
