Anyone been to Gran Canaria before? im heading there a week on saturday. Just wondering what ur guys thoughts are of the place. I'll be staying right next to Puerto Rico.

we actually stay in puerto rico,we love it ,we have gone back there every september for the past 8 years.

we stay in the arizona appartments

puerto rice centre where we went was mainly bars, 1 nightclub i think that we never went to....but i am sure there is more, there is some good bars though

Just got back from Peurto Rico on Monday.

Had a fantastic time Nightlife is class, loads of bars and a couple of clubs.

Best Bars are: Linekars, Harleys, Covent Gardens, Donalds, and SixtyNine.

There were two clubs, Jokers and Fibber Megees. If you can go there early on and buy a drink so you get a stamp. Means you can come and go as you please and saves you paying 8 Euros later on in the night

brilliant, cheers pal. Whereabouts were you staying> im going over myself to meet the mrs and i aint sure whereabouts im going. probably get a taxi even though ive been told it'll be expensive. Im staying at a place called Anfi, you no where abouts that is?

Love Gran Canaria - great place. Stayed at Playa de Ingles about 4 times and always enjoy it. DOn't go to Maspalomos though - unless you wanna see naked old German people

We stayed at the Jacaranda Hotel which was riiiiiiiiiiiiight at the top of the Hill. Taxi up to the top was only about 2 Euros though (well worth it cos walking up the fucker nearly killed me )

Not sure Anfi is, although Taxi's didnt seem that expensive when getting around
