Ed, in the space of 13 months she was hit THREE times.
First was in the near side 1/4 by a stupid cunt south african woman in a crap FWD Starlet who jumped a junction, crossed a lane of traffic and hit the REAR wing of my car and then said it was MY fault. <wonders how large it is possible to type cunt on corasport without getting banned>
Second time was a dustcart that cut a the corner while I was waiting at a junction and ripped my O.S. front wing back with his fuel tank, and then said.. yep, you've guessed it, that it was my fault and that I had crept forward. WANKER
The third time was a bald fat arsehole in a shit Renault 25. I was waiting at a set of lights in broad daylight at lunchtime on a summers day. The lights were messing around and staying red for too long, and i'd been there for sodding ages with another two cars.
Renault 25 arsehole appears out of nowhere and hits me so hard up the arse that my car moves forward with such force (even with my handbrake firmly applied) 3-4 feet and ruins the front of my car and the back of the Carlton in front of me aswell.
He then claims... YES, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, YOU'VE GUESSED IT, that it was my fault, that i'd hit the car in front and he'd 'bumped into me' because of it.
FUCKING CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNT!!! He hit me so hard I was nearly in the back seat.
Naturally I called him every offensive name under the sun (at which point he offered me out), as by now, I was kind of sick of going to work with whiplash, driving something that looked like it had escaped a demolition derby, and paying a fortune I didn't have for Osteopath treatment.
Sorry for epic rant Ed, but that's what happened to my MK II, and why she had to be scrapped.
