finally get to buy my private plate tommorow but car its going on mot runs out on 4th aug and tax at end of aug and theres no way its going back on road til end of aug will i be allright to put the plate on this car if i ring up tommorow to buy it?

yes. if you buy it tomorrow, it'll be able to go on the car before tha tax/mot run out.
