Bought an alarm from them and they arranged to have it fitted my a local fitter for me.
London Car Radio Center in nottingham tried to fit it and well after 5 visits, lots of time off work and lots of phone calls i gave up on them.
Most of it worked apart from the microwave sensors meaning i couldnt leave me roof off if i parked it any where!
I was at JAE over the weekend and saw their stand. Explained to the sales guy what had happend.
He got got a fitter to fix it at the show which took less than 10 minutes.
He appologised and said he would talk to the MD about the shocking service i had recieved from one of their fitters.
Now I have a top alarm
Falcon Pedator EVO 4+ pager alarm is worth every penny if you are ever worried about leaving your car

Was sat outside the pub last night with the car about 10 foot away.
Some lad about 10 kept walking past it so it would beep at him

I bought the exact same alarm from a stand at max power show last year.
Never again!
I paid top whack to only to discover that you can pick it up off ebay for £130 (with pager). The fitters were a day late, and managed to damage the inside light of my GSI.
Pager part was fine and helped me spot when the idiot nxt door hit my car.
I had a few problems just before I sold it 6 months later. Despite changing the batteries in both fobs it didnt always want to lock/unlock. Never found the fault as I sold the car.
I would recomend anyone thinking of buying an alarm to stick with a cat 1 toad.
Sure remote start is fun, but if an alarm has that it's not cat1, you have to always remember not to leave the car in gear, and on my gsi the imobilizer had to be removed for this feature to work.

I had many an arguement with the supplier and the fitters.
It's my own fault for rushing in. Sales talk got me, felt so silly after. Gave it all the save money on insurance which was bull as it's not a Cat 1. When questioned after the guy said that some insurance companies may take it into consideration.
Keep some batteries spare as the pager goes through one a month. Pager is good, but I should of paid £300 and had a cat 1 toad fitted which would of lowered my insurance.
