Put your sheets in a Pillow case and put them in the fridge for a bit before you go to sleep.

Leave the "hatch" open all day (if you have one)

On a similar note, does anyone else find that you can't sleep without a blanket on you in bed?

I've tried when it's really hot just throwing the blanket on the floor but I just couldnt sleep, no matter how hot it was

My room gets hot but I still sleep with a winter duvet on and my electric fan blowing on the hottest setting because I'm pretty fucking hard.

When I get paid next week I'm buying one of those aircon machines I've seen for £150 in Homebase... No more noisy crappy fan, hello cold air and decent night's sleep!

I do the naked on top of the quilt thing in this heat but I can't help but feel a bit vulnerable. Been clambering under duvet 10 minutes after getting into bed.

my room gets hot, hits about 32-36c most of the time and rarely cools down til early hours of the morn
Usually end up sleeping on the floor close to door as the landing is ice cold! Wish i had one of those ice fan bucket magical contraptions
