This possible? About to cancel my contact with o2 they say need 30 days notice so im going to send the letter (needs to go to a POBOX) once they have taken the last payment i plan to cancel the Direct Debit, just dnt want them turning round and saying they didnt receive the cancellation letter.

cheers dude, heh if only - they need it in writing, already have address to post it to, but for some reason you need to ring up for a ref number to include aswell. Wouldnt care im only cancling as they are asking over 200 for the handset i want, where as if its a new contact its like £40 or something

ahrite, ive not cancelled my o2 contract yet, Bit crap all tht hassle I cancelled vodafone over the phone. did they give you address?

yeah crazy situation, have you tried phoning to say you are cancelling to see what they will offer you to stay, just say unhappy with service, mate did this and got real good offer
