Is £400 a good price for a C20XE with 90K miles F20 gearbox, wiring loom and ECU out of a Calibra?

bit pricey imo 300-350 sounds better

Cheers, been offered one for £400 but I thought it was a little too much, will see if I can get it a little cheaper
