I dont want to go for coilovers, so anyone with those look away now.

I have a set of spax adjustable dampers, which Ill change if everyone agrees on an awesome setup, but are otherwise fine.

Im currently running some spax -40 nova springs as they are what I had lying to get it mot'd. They are sitting at -70ish at the moment which is too low, and imo are a wee touch on the soft side but not much.

What is everyone running, how do you find it?

im running fk coilovers on mine but its possible to get hight poundage springs made up. try coilsprings.co.uk

koni adjustables lowered35mm work really well for me

is that just standard koni -35 springs for a 1.6?

James, any idea of the spring poundage on your coilovers?
