Well after some thinking i really want a golf gt tdi 130 more than likely.
But i was thinking is there any other way you can boost them up other than a re-map?
And what sort of gains would you be looking at with a 130 golf re-mapped.

Yes 170 it says, but thats just a re-map is there any other ways to gain more power again?
But on saying that i think 170 out of a tdi is more than enough.

How about going for a TDI 150. Then you'll be seeing 190bhp with a remap?
I've heard however the 130 is more responsive as the 150 has slight turbo lag.

Ye i heard that to, plus the 150 is in a higher price range,do exhausts and panel filters etc give gain to tdi as they do to petrol? i know its not much but every little thing helps.

Thats a point actually, i am really looking into the gof gt tdi 130 but im just seeing how much tuning is available for them.
But i should think a 170 bhp golf with 280 torque should do the trick.

What sort of 0-60 do you think that would be?
