Fairplay mate.

I spent quite a few years being a straight faced miserable cnut...wasn't really that miserable, just didn't feel like smiling much.

Different now though, if its been quoted before then sorry.

But

'smile and the whole world smiles with you'

Certainly makes the world a more pleasant place to live in
