Dont u just hate it when u want to scream and pull your hair out and then cry? Well i decided I wanted the new apple Macbook..£750.. I wanted it on finance..So goes on to apple and puts the little beauty in my basket and to confirm my order..low n behold i didnt realise that I was logged in to my account and it charged the 750 to my debit card...Shit. It didnt even ask what payment options i wanted. I went on to the confirm order which i then thought it woudl bring up another box telling me about the finance options etc. So i have now gone 600 overdrawn..i wanted to cry by this time as i only have 100 overdrawn facility and they took the cash out straight away and my bank accepted it. Slamming the phone about by this point. Now i have to wait 3 days for my refund and im pennyless. How is it that they can take cash straight away but cant refund straight away. Rant over

You an write to the bank and tell them that you are not going to pay them the fine as it was an accident. If they take the money out of your account (more like when) you can then write them another letter demanding them to give you your money back as they have just stolen £35 off of you. The ammount is a bit small to take them to court over but be an arse and try and waste a bit of thier time.

It will probably decline your phone bill aswell because the bank say no funds are avalible if you go that much over your limit

shame you're getting the new intel macbooks, arnt worth the money especially considering there are a lot of problems with them - not as good as the old powerVR powerbooks (which are still a lot faster than the "pc in a mac case")....
But i would have complained to apple about that and see if they could cover the 35 quid charge you have
