Lucky Eights or Lucky Star or something? Was released a few years back about gambling or something in las vegas iirc.
Had some chap in it like antonia bandera (sp) with the long black hair and so on..... Just remembered it after steves lucky number slevin post - it looked like a good film

Not the film you're after but I definately recommend "Rounders", good poker film with Edward Norton & Matt Damon

It's basically about 2-3 years old.... has this chap in it who's cuban/spanish with long black hair (he's been in other big movies which i'm trying to think of to so i can get his name) and it showed him in the trailor driving up the strip...
the name involved lucky star/lucky/eights something like that  it was definately surrounding gambling and dice
I've searched amazon for all films with lucky and eight to no avail  Lucky Star rings a bell for some reason

reminds me of that speed awareness advert. Started off with clips from what looked like a really good film, explosions, shooting, fights etc...
Thought to myself, this looks like a shoot hot film. Then the bloke turns to the camera and gets run over
