well i aint seen hollyoaks this week, but i live only down the road from Chester, and believe me, when i go shopping there, the chavs around are so bad, as its near liverpool!

Liverpool actually compares well to Chester. I know people from near me who don't like the place because its so full of it. Liverpool, for its sins, doesn't suffer as much.
