I take it this is stronger and more resistant than paint?

I want some wheels done. I know the price will vary but whos had it done and what did you pay?

It's more resistant, but is less pretty normally as it is really an industrial coating designed to be a cheap as possible.

Normal price is about £30 per wheel blasted and coated.

Picking up a set that have been done in black tomorrow for £140...

Not bad, I just won some wheels on the bay which I want finished black. I wouldnt want to paint them my self anyway so I would have to pay somebody to the work whatever I do

Needless to say, if you were to pay somone to paint them it would cost you more than £140...

Well the wheels were £40

Was hoping it wouldnt cost more than £100 to get them finished

Powdercoating has come along way now and there is alot of different finishes out now. Heres a motorbike swingarm done in "Stardust Black". And the bike frame in "Aquamarine"
