depends what your perception of "good" is...
have you got a budget, have you already got an amp - if so whats the RMS wattage?
are you looking for something decent sounding or just outright loud?

there is no such thing as a good sub that isnt lots of money. you get what you pay for.
as mentioned, are you after SPL, or SQ. do you currently have an amplifier?

i recommend pioneer 3004spl £100 new .... awesome bang for buck
