Ive had it since Ive been really young and its got worse over the years.
Docs have tried a load of diff things with me, diff tablets, injection, etc. but they are all shite (for me anyway).
Im currently taking Benadryll Plus tablets, got eye drops and an inhailer prescribed by the docs as I stuggle to breath when it gets bad...which seems to be everyday for the past 2 weeks.
Im just looking forward to next week when I go on holiday as it will go then and I can be normal again until I come back....bring on the winter!!

Same
Clarityn from the docs i had was 16mg rather than the 8mg u get in tesco etc
worked for me, but i started taking them daily from say early may so my body built up the immune for them
optrex eye washes also help no end, and just dont scratch them, i wear clear glasses at work all day now so i cant get at my eyes
inhaler is very useful due to breathing problems especially early evening and night

I get it bad, get tight chest, cough, sneezing, etc plus I get something called 'jelly-eye' where my eyeballs either side of my pupil swell up like peas
I've had the injection for the last 3 years, it worked before but didn't this year. So I'm on some 180mg tablet things aswell as the injection, inhaler, eye drops, nose spray. None of it seems to work proper anymore.
Also try getting an ioniser thing for your bedroom, helps purify the air, that helps me, also apparantley theres a spray you can get for your nose which puts a barrier inside your nostrils and stops the pollen irritaing it.

I went to my doctors just over a week ago & asked for the injection, cos I suffer REALLY bad.. He told me that they stopped giving the injection about 2 years ago, but as a LAST resort, he prescribed "Prednisolone" I was placed on a 10 day course, consisting of 30 5MG tablets, and I finished them yesterday.
I can honestly say that after about 3 days of taking them, my hayfever started to go away.. and now, its totally GONE!!!!! Bring on the beer gardens again!
Well worth trying, if you're doctor will prescribe them to you!

I used to suffer from hayfever, after a couple of years or going to the doctors he managed to get me Acupuncture sp?? on the NHS. this was two years ago and hayfever free from then on. I didnt think that it would work but it did on me i would recommend that you give it a go!
