well the bandwidth is the reason you got booted off from what they are saying - though what the email states and the package you have doesnt add up like i previously said (so has ian)....so get there phone number and have a moan (and im sure its illegal for starters to be advertising one thing then telling you another), be polite otherwise you'll just get put on speakphone for the whole office to have a laugh.....
still i would ask for some of your cash back (or seek legal action) and move hosts 
p.s - the reason i stated to move to i-websolutions is the fact they are a small company and will bend over backwards to do custom packages, where as the bigger companies your left with what ever they have to offer.
