Yea there's one under the scuttle pannel.

I've had the scuttle panel off on mine and cant remember seeing a fuse box. Only thing under there is the winderscreen washer bottle and the motor for it.

you see a mate of mine told me on his corsa he had one under there but when i had my scuttle of i couldn't see it either

My haynes manual says there can be be a few odd fuses and relays in the engine compartment next to the master cylinder brake fluid reservoir. I never looked at mine to see if i have any there, just remember reading that in the book. Thats for a 1993-1997 Corsa B though, not sure about the ones after 97.

looking from the front of the car it's a black box to the left of the brake servo
