i looked at a 106 GTi, clio 16v and a saxo VTR before this but this one was defo the winner! i love the interiors, half suede half leather and also comes with air con! lovely for the summer 
im thinking of these wheels, i know theyre jap style but i reckon theyll look good, whatcha think!?

hope you didnt buy it for the performance
better cars than clio's and saxos so not a bad choice overall.

well the 206gti is slow, and doesnt handle as well as the other 3 you have picked
and the other 3 you mentioned are all totally different.... clio 16v's are a bit dated now.... VTR's are miles off performance to the other 2 ???

yup well i wasnt specifically looking for a certain car!
just whatever caught my eye that was local. i saw the interior and specs and got the GTi at a great price and i havent driven for a year so hopfully it wont feel tooooo slow (to begin with at least lol)

silmilar reasons to me buying the sri 1.8.
didnt want anything fast, just wanted comfort, reliability and a little bit of go. did you look at the corsa c sri 1.8?

i did but didnt see one local. and i got this GTi for £2600 in the end after knocking the guy down, SRis im sure start at more than that!

i think they are nice cars lad, i would have bought one but for what they are performance wise, they are in group 14.
but apart from that i love em. not keen on the wheels tho
