is it legal to be at work in silly high temperatures, it hit 38 degrees in my office today top floor under a tin roof with zero air con etc

i THINK, the laws only apply to offices, and generally low temperatures, below 6 degrees or something

Better to be in an office than outside working on a farm or working on motorways
