I ordered a TV from an online store last week and was told the courier company would ring me up yesterday (Thursday) to confirm a time today to deliver it.
Didn't hear from them yesterday and don't even know who the company is.
Was told that I can call Sony and check with them who does the delivery for this particular store (think it's DHL). Thing is I don't have an order number or anything like that. 
Does anybody know how I could get in contact with them? They should know about my order

should be able to give your post code, call your nearest depo, get number from www.yell.comn

give my post code to Sony you mean? or DHL? I'm not even certain it's them... think they use different companies for different products

call sony, find out whos delivering, get ref/tracking number, call company chasing delivery

they do but every time I've called I get some arrogant asian on the phone thinking he's Allah or something
