Dealer is asking for £10995 for a Honda civic sport vtec 1.6
2005 / 05
1 Previous owner (owned by honda)
5100 miles
Under a year old
Will be serviced when bought
Considering they are £13500 otr do you think its a good deal.
He offered me £3500 for my car
2003
Corsa 1.2 16v Sxi
FVSH
32k miles
(Rear bumper needs to be resprayed as someone has scuffed it driving out from a parked position cost £100-200 ??)
Told him i was looking to part ex my car + £6000, he said no its too low. Said whats the best deal you can do for me, he said whats on show.
He said the car is cheap at £11k, offerd £3.5k for mine so i need £7.5k. And he wasnt moving from that figure. I probably would go as far as £6.8k + my car but not a penny more. Am i being unreasonable?
Or do i sell my car on ebay for £4000ish (after getting the bumper done) and go looking privately, found 1 or 2 online 2 years old 10-20k miles going for roughly £8-9k.

Help !

Can't you afford a CTR?
Personally I'd get a CTR that was a bit older for a bit less and spend the extra on insurance matey, well worth it - CTR's are amazing motors

Yea i know would love to have a CTR, but i got 0 NCB, 1 claim which was 3 years ago, so im looking £2-3k for insurance.
Whereas the sport is £1k
Stats are nothing amazing, 0-60 in 10 secs, but they suppose to handle well and are quite torquey cars.
