Why are there so many bolt holes on this disc? Do they fit four and five stud? Or am I Just a goon?

the red dots are for the 4 stud holes
the blue dots are for the original 5 stud holes
the green dots are for the random holes which i couldnt work out

they are LMF ones

the one you posted would ONLY fit 5 stud

the LMF ones would fit both
