im out of work at the moment so have no reason to get up or to sleep for that matter

usually go bed around 3.30-4am, wake up at 11 btu actually get out of bed at 12-1.

this morning for example tho, went to bed at 8am and got up at 2pm

i am a morning person tho, when i get out of bed i am fully awake

get up at 8.30, work at 9.30 but usually wake up around 12.30(lunch time) but occasionally i'll be fallin asleep at my desk still at about 3pm!
well that was till i quit yesterday, didnt get out of bed till 2pm today!

Up at 6AM get to work for 7.30AM & i don't wake up till 5.30PM

Depends on the day. Most weekdays I'm at at half 7, Thursdays I have a lie in till 10ish. Saturday is usually 11-12 as I will have got in late from Friday night

college days i get up at 6am and usually hit a wall of tiredness around 2-2.30pm. Days off i get up around 9ish.

Gotta be up at 7 30 2moro morn, will prob be awake pretty soon after cos its far 2 early and ill end up jumpin straight out ofbed or ill never et up

I wake up about 8 to take my mum to work, then I'm supposd to go to work, but I drive home, have an hour extra in bed, get up at about 10, go to work, have a coffe and I'm awake... not really a morning person...

However I find if I shower at night it's harder to get out of bed in the morning, I just feel rough, but if I shower in the morning I feel fine for they day.....

i get up at 8.30 and it i cant start to work probally til about 11. after dinner im fine, but near 5 i start to go back sleepy
