If you worked if out all properly then there would be no reason as to why it wouldnt work, however just sticking a fan in the inlet wouldnt work, you would need something like a supercharger modified to run off an electric motor rather than belt driven,

you need increased air pressure, thats why the e-ram is the best as it creates 1psi not gonna acheived much more
