i drive to work everyday and back in mine, had a few problems but none that really stem from everyday driving, most r from modifications.
Ive had two saxos now and my Gf has one aswell, i would recomend one but not highly

Cheapest quote I got on a 1.4 16valve Corsa SRi is just over £2000 duno why the Saxo is so much cheaper to insure when it's quicker aswell

Anyway back to the question

PS if not a saxo VTR what else is around that insurance group that's quite nippy and looks decentish? I love Quinn Direct!

i had a vtr when i was 17, best cars imo within the cheap insurance groups. however if i was u, id save up a little more an get a mk2 cos its 10bhp more and it makes huge difference (iv owned both shapes)

and yes the build quality isnt good, but to be fair, neither is a corsa or other hatchbacks
