I have finally got the redundancy package that I have been waiting for! I am therefore going to take Corsa off the road to play with and buy a new car for around 6k top of list at minute is Astra Coupe or Astra 3 door hatch mk4. which engine has the most potential 1.8 or 2.2? anyone heard bad things about either of these two choices? cheers

I would say the 2.2 would be the smoothest but I'm thinking theres more out there for the 1.8??
